If you're planning a Tahoe wedding or special event you've already made an exceptional choice — and we want to help you make everything else match that setting.
Rocklin Party Rentals serves the Lake Tahoe and Truckee corridor on a case by case basis for weddings and special events. We're based in Rocklin at the base of the Sierra Nevada foothills — approximately one hour from South Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes from Truckee — which means we can reach your Tahoe venue efficiently and reliably during the spring, summer and early fall seasons.
We've made the drive for the right events and we'll make it for yours. Our curated Ranch Hand, Newport and Portofino collections are particularly well suited to Tahoe's natural mountain aesthetic — handcrafted farm tables and rustic vintage décor against a backdrop of pine trees and granite peaks is a combination that photographs like nothing else.
What Tahoe Events We Serve
We consider Tahoe and Truckee deliveries for weddings, milestone birthday celebrations, corporate retreats and private estate events that meet our minimum order threshold for the area. We evaluate each inquiry individually based on date, location, order size and seasonal conditions.
Summer and early fall bookings — June through October — are our primary Tahoe season. We do not typically service Tahoe events during winter months due to mountain driving conditions and chain control requirements on I-80.
Popular Tahoe venues and areas we've considered serving include South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Carnelian Bay, Truckee and Donner Lake. If your venue is in the broader Tahoe basin give us a call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
What To Expect
Tahoe deliveries require a minimum order of $500 and a delivery fee starting at $250 reflecting the distance and drive time involved. We deliver the day before your event whenever possible and coordinate pickup within 24-48 hours after your event concludes.
Given the distance and planning involved we require Tahoe bookings to be confirmed at least 60 days in advance with full deposit.
